Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU for most catalogue products. For certain MDF or complex-finish products, the MOQ may be 100 pcs. Mixed-SKU orders are possible for established buyers — please mention this in your inquiry and we will advise on the minimum per-SKU within a combined order. OEM and custom products may have higher MOQs depending on the customization complexity.

Use the inquiry form on this page or email us directly. We can send existing stock samples within 1–3 business days, or produce custom samples to your specification in 7–10 business days. Sample unit cost is charged at a slightly higher rate than bulk pricing, but is typically refunded or credited against your first bulk order. You are responsible for outbound shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Standard catalogue products: 20–25 working days after deposit receipt. Custom or OEM orders with new tooling or special finishes: 25–35 working days. Large-volume orders (5,000+ pcs) will be discussed and confirmed individually. We provide a production schedule at order confirmation so you know exactly when to expect your goods ready for shipment.

Standard terms are T/T (bank wire transfer): 30% deposit to confirm the order, and the 70% balance paid before shipment upon receiving the OQC inspection report and packing list. For well-established buyers with order history, we can discuss L/C (letter of credit) arrangements. Sample payments are accepted via PayPal or T/T. We invoice in USD, EUR, or GBP.

Yes — factory visits are actively encouraged. Our facility is in Guangdong Province, approximately 1 hour from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. We arrange pick-up, provide a full production floor tour, and accommodate quality system audits. Remote video audits are also available for buyers unable to visit in person. Please contact us in advance to schedule a date and we will prepare accordingly.

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services including custom dimensions, wood species, surface finishes (Pantone-matched), laser engraving, hot stamping, debossing, and silk-screen printing on both the product and packaging. Private-label retail packaging — window boxes, colour boxes, kraft eco packaging, and gift sets — can all be produced in-house. Our design team provides 2D technical drawings and 3D renders at no cost during the quotation stage.
