rayartsupply is a vertically integrated wooden home decor factory in Guangdong Province, China. Since 2012, we have been the factory-direct partner behind hundreds of home decor brands, gift retailers, and importers across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
From a Small Workshop to a Global Export Factory
rayartsupply was founded in 2012 by a team of former home decor industry professionals who saw a gap in the market: brands and importers needed a reliable wooden decor supplier that could deliver consistent quality, communicate clearly in English, and handle the full export process without relying on trading companies as intermediaries.
We started with a single product line — wooden picture frames — and a workshop of 40 people. Over the following decade, we invested systematically in CNC machining equipment, spray-finishing infrastructure, and a dedicated OEM design team, growing into a 20,000 sqm purpose-built facility with 220+ full-time staff.
Today our product range spans four core categories: easel picture frame stands, photo frames and shadow boxes, flower display racks, and wooden storage accessories. Each category has been developed through close collaboration with buyers, incorporating real feedback from retail shelves, logistics environments, and compliance testing labs across the world's major import markets.

CNC Machining & Cutting
Precision CNC routing produces all frame profiles, easel components, and storage box parts to ±0.5 mm dimensional tolerance.
Assembly & Joining
Hand assembly using mortise-and-tenon or dowel-and-glue joinery. Curing under climate-controlled conditions before finishing.
Surface Finishing
Water-based, low-VOC spray booths apply paint, stain, or lacquer finishes. Pantone color matching within ΔE ≤ 2 tolerance across all batches.
Quality Control & Inspection
Three-stage QC: IQC, IPQC, and OQC. AQL 2.5 standard by default. Full photographic inspection reports available for every shipment.
Packing & Export
Flat-packed into 5-ply export cartons. Custom retail packaging produced in-house. Full export documentation prepared including CO, packing list, and compliance certificates.
