Our A040 palette is produced on automated injection molding lines with strict QC at every stage — from raw material inspection to final packaging. We've supplied school districts, government tenders, and educational NGOs across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

The A040 is a round palette with a diameter of 12.5 cm (15x10cm footprint in rectangular packaging). It features 8 shallow color wells evenly distributed around the edge, with a small mixing area in the center. The compact size makes it easy for children to hold and manage multiple colors without spilling.

The A040 is made from virgin PP (polypropylene) — a food-grade, BPA-free, non-toxic material. It complies with EN71 toy safety standards and REACH chemical regulations, making it fully safe for children aged 3+ under adult supervision. The edges are smooth and rounded with no sharp points.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services: custom logo molded into the plastic or silk-screen printed, custom Pantone color, and custom packaging including poly bag, header card, blister pack, or color box. MOQ for customized orders is 5,000 pcs. A sample with your logo can be ready in 7 days.

No MOQ for stock items — trial orders as small as 1 carton (300 pcs) are accepted. Free samples are available; you only need to pay the shipping cost. Sample delivery takes 5-7 days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Standard export packing: 300 pcs per carton in neutral bulk. Each palette can be individually poly-bagged on request. For retail channels, we offer custom blister cards or color boxes with barcode. Amazon FBA-compliant labeling is also available for online sellers.

Stock orders: 5–7 working days. Custom production (logo/color/packaging): 15–20 days after sample approval. A 20' container holds approximately 80,000 pcs (300 pcs/ctn × 267 ctn). Shipping from Ningbo or Shanghai with FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Ocean freight to US West Coast takes approximately 18-25 days.

The A040 is the smaller, more affordable sibling of our best-selling A003. At 12.5 cm with 8 wells, it's designed for beginners, kids, and budget-conscious buyers. The A003 at 17 cm with 10 wells offers more capacity for serious hobbyists and students. Both share the same virgin PP quality, but the A040's lower price point and compact size make it the volume champion for school supply tenders and retail dollar-store programs.
