SINOART manufactures the A164 brush washer using virgin food-grade PP plastic with precision injection molding, ensuring consistent wall thickness, a perfect thread seal, and no flash or burrs on the rim. Unlike budget suppliers who may use recycled materials that cause warping or poor sealing, our washer passes a 100% leak test before packing. Every batch is inspected for airtight closure, dimensional accuracy, and material purity.

Yes. The screw-top lid incorporates a precision-molded silicone-like sealing ring that prevents water leakage even when the washer is turned upside down or jostled in a backpack. We recommend filling to no more than 80% capacity during transport for best leak protection. It has been tested by plein air painters for field use and performs reliably under normal travel conditions.

The A164 standard size is 8.5cm dia x 10cm high. We also offer S (7cm dia), M (11.7cm dia), and L (15cm dia) options to suit different brush lengths and water volume needs. The 8.5cm size is the most popular for general watercolor use. The S size fits compact travel paint kits, while the L size is ideal for studio sessions with large brushes.

The A164 sealable brush washer is suitable for watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and tempera paints. For acrylic, we recommend cleaning brushes promptly after use — the airtight lid slows drying but does not replace immediate cleaning. For oil painting, the washer works well with solvent or brush cleaner, and the PP plastic is chemically resistant to most common solvents.

We offer custom color matching (Pantone), logo hot stamping or silk-screen printing on the lid and body, and branded packaging including retail boxes, poly bags with header cards, and hang tags. For Amazon sellers, we provide FBA-compliant packaging with FNSKU stickers and suffocation warning labels. MOQ applies for custom options.

For SINOART-branded stock items, there is no MOQ. For custom colors or private label, minimum starts at 1,000 pcs. Free samples are available — you only pay the shipping cost. Sample lead time is about 7 days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
